התנאים חלים על האתר gcs-tech.org ועל המוצרים והשירותים של GCS-tech. שימוש באתר או במוצר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים.

המוצרים והשירותים
- Bokeriko ו-Special Fun — אפליקציות לילדים בליווי הורה או מטפל. החשבון שייך למבוגר (18+), שאחראי לשימוש של הילד. האפליקציות אינן טיפול, אבחון או ייעוץ רפואי.
- EZBIZZ, Kabalord ו-PowerDoc — תוכנה לעסקים. שירותי IT, פיתוח ותשתיות ניתנים לפי הצעת מחיר או הסכם בכתב.
מחירים ותשלום
כרגע השימוש ב-Bokeriko וב-Special Fun אינו כרוך בתשלום. כאשר יוצע מנוי בתשלום, המחיר הסופי בשקלים, תדירות החיוב ותנאי הביטול יוצגו לפני ביצוע התשלום. העסק הוא עוסק פטור, ולכן לא מתווסף מע"מ למחיר. התשלום מתבצע בעמוד תשלום מאובטח של ספק סליקה מורשה; פרטי כרטיס האשראי אינם נשמרים אצלנו. על כל תשלום תונפק קבלה.
מנוי וחיוב חוזר
מנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בכל תקופת חיוב עד לביטולו, לאחר אישורכם המפורש לחיוב חוזר. שינוי מחיר יודע מראש ויחול רק מתקופת החיוב הבאה. ביטול ומדיניות החזרים: מדיניות ביטול והחזרים.
שימוש מותר
אין להעתיק, להפיץ או למכור תוכן מהמוצרים, לשבש את פעולתם או לנסות לגשת לחשבונות של אחרים. זכויות הקניין הרוחני במוצרים ובתוכן שמורות ל-GCS-tech או לבעלי הזכויות.
פרטיות
איסוף ושימוש במידע מתוארים במדיניות הפרטיות.
אחריות
המוצרים מסופקים כפי שהם (AS IS). אנו פועלים לזמינות ותקינות, אך אין התחייבות לשירות ללא תקלות. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויות צרכן לפי דין.
דין ושינויים
על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי. שינוי מהותי בתנאים יפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש, ובמנוי בתשלום גם בהודעה מראש.

Products and services
- Bokeriko and Special Fun — apps for children used with a parent or caregiver. The account belongs to an adult (18+) who is responsible for the child's use. The apps are not therapy, diagnosis or medical advice.
- EZBIZZ, Kabalord and PowerDoc — software for businesses. IT, development and infrastructure services are provided by quote or written agreement.
Prices and payment
Bokeriko and Special Fun are currently free to use. When a paid plan is offered, the final price in ILS, the billing frequency and the cancellation terms are shown before payment. The business is VAT-exempt (Osek Patur), so no VAT is added. Payment is made on a secure page of a licensed payment provider; card details are not stored by us. A receipt is issued for every payment.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
A subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled, after your explicit consent to recurring charges. Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period. Cancellation and refunds: Cancellation and refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, distribute or sell product content, disrupt the products, or try to access other people's accounts. Intellectual property in the products and content belongs to GCS-tech or the respective owners.
Privacy
How we collect and use data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Products are provided as is. We work to keep them available and correct but do not promise error-free service. Nothing here limits consumer rights under the law.
Law and changes
Israeli law applies. Material changes are published on this page with a new date, and for paid subscriptions also by advance notice.
