ביטול מנוי
אפשר לבטל מנוי בכל עת, ללא נימוק: מאזור ההורים או ההגדרות באפליקציה, או במייל ל-oren@gcs-tech.org או בטלפון 054-4445387. בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, החיוב ייפסק תוך 3 ימי עסקים ממסירת הודעת הביטול, ולא תחויבו בגין תקופה שלאחר מכן.
ביטול עסקה בתוך 14 יום
בעסקת מכר מרחוק ניתן לבטל את העסקה בתוך 14 יום ממועד ביצועה, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010. במקרה כזה יוחזר התשלום בניכוי דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% מהמחיר או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם, ככל שהחוק מתיר לגבותם.
החזר כספי
ההחזר יבוצע לאותו אמצעי תשלום שבו חויבתם, בתוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת הודעת הביטול.
אחריות על המוצרים והשירותים
המוצרים הם שירותים דיגיטליים. אם שירות בתשלום אינו פועל כפי שתואר באתר, נתקן את התקלה בתוך זמן סביר מרגע הדיווח. אם לא ניתן לתקן, תוכלו לבטל את המנוי ולקבל החזר יחסי על התקופה ששולמה ולא נוצלה. אחריות לשירותי IT ופיתוח לעסקים נקבעת בהצעת המחיר או בהסכם בכתב.

תנאי ביטול והחזר לשירותים הניתנים לפי הצעת מחיר או הסכם בכתב נקבעים באותו הסכם.

Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time without giving a reason: from the parent area or settings in the app, by email to oren@gcs-tech.org or by phone 054-4445387. Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, charging stops within 3 business days of the cancellation notice and you are not charged for any period after that.
Cancelling a purchase within 14 days
A distance purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, under the Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. The payment is then refunded less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, where the law allows that fee.
Refunds
Refunds go to the payment method that was charged, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Warranty for products and services
Our products are digital services. If a paid service does not work as described on the site, we fix the fault within a reasonable time of the report. If it cannot be fixed, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the paid, unused period. Warranty for IT and development services for businesses is set in the quote or written agreement.

Cancellation and refund terms for services provided by quote or written agreement are set in that agreement.
