Privacy policy
מדיניות זו חלה על האתר gcs-tech.org ועל המוצרים של GCS-tech: Bokeriko (בוקריקו), Special Fun, EZBIZZ ו-Kabalord (קבלורד). היא נכתבה בקצרה ובכוונה, כדי שאפשר יהיה לקרוא אותה.
מי אחראי על המידע
בעל השליטה במאגר (Controller) הוא אורן גלבוע — גי.סי.אס פיתוח אפליקציות ותשתיות ענן, לוי אשכול 45, כפר סבא 4442812. לכל שאלה או בקשה: oren@gcs-tech.org.
הודעה לפי תיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות
- חובה חוקית למסור מידע: אין. מסירת המידע היא מרצונכם; בלי פרטי חשבון בסיסיים לא ניתן להשתמש באפליקציות שדורשות התחברות.
- מטרת האיסוף: הפעלת השירות שביקשתם (חשבון, שמירת התקדמות, הפקת מסמכים, סנכרון להנהלת חשבונות), תמיכה, אבטחה ושיפור המוצר.
- למי המידע מועבר: לספקי עיבוד שמפעילים את התשתית עבורנו (Google Cloud / Firebase), ולשירותים שאתם בוחרים לחבר (למשל iCount או WhatsApp). המידע אינו נמכר ואינו מועבר למפרסמים.
- זכויות: עיון במידע, תיקונו ומחיקתו — בפנייה למייל שלמעלה.

ילדים
Bokeriko ו-Special Fun מיועדים לשימוש ילדים בליווי הורה או מטפל. החשבון שייך למבוגר; אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מזהה מילדים ללא הסכמת הורה. אין פרסומות ואין רכישות בתוך האפליקציה שמופנות לילדים.
איפה המידע נשמר ולכמה זמן
המידע נשמר בשירותי Google Cloud / Firebase, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי או בארצות הברית, בהתאם להגדרות הפרויקט. המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. מסמכים חשבונאיים שהופקו ב-EZBIZZ עשויים להישמר בהתאם לחובת שמירת ספרים בדין הישראלי (עד שבע שנים), גם לאחר מחיקת החשבון.
מחיקה
לבקשת מחיקת חשבון ומידע, שלחו מייל ל-oren@gcs-tech.org מכתובת המייל של החשבון, עם שם האפליקציה. הבקשה מטופלת בתוך 30 יום. הוראות מלאות: מחיקת חשבון.
אבטחה
גישה למידע מוגבלת לפי הרשאות, התעבורה מוצפנת (TLS) והמידע מוצפן במנוחה אצל ספק הענן. פעולות כספיות באמצעות סוכני AI מתבצעות רק לאחר אישור מפורש של אדם.
שינויים
אם המדיניות תשתנה באופן מהותי, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד ונודיע בתוך האפליקציות הרלוונטיות.
This policy covers the website gcs-tech.org and the GCS-tech products: Bokeriko, Special Fun, EZBIZZ and Kabalord. It is intentionally short so that it can actually be read.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Oren Gilboa — Gcs IT infra, 45 Levi Eshkol St., Kfar Saba 4442812, Israel. For any question or request: oren@gcs-tech.org.
Notice under Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law
- Legal obligation to provide data: none. Providing data is voluntary; without basic account details the apps that require sign-in cannot be used.
- Purpose: operating the service you asked for (account, saved progress, documents, bookkeeping sync), support, security and product improvement.
- Recipients: processors that run the infrastructure for us (Google Cloud / Firebase) and services you choose to connect (for example iCount or WhatsApp). Data is not sold and not shared with advertisers.
- Rights: access, correction and deletion, by emailing the address above.

Children
Bokeriko and Special Fun are meant to be used by children together with a parent or therapist. The account belongs to the adult; we do not knowingly collect identifying data from children without parental consent. There are no ads and no in-app purchases aimed at children.
Where data is stored and for how long
Data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase, on servers in the EU or the US depending on project settings. It is kept while the account is active. Accounting documents produced in EZBIZZ may be retained to meet Israeli record-keeping obligations (up to seven years), even after an account is deleted.
Deletion
To delete an account and its data, email oren@gcs-tech.org from the account's email address and name the app. Requests are processed within 30 days. Full instructions: Delete account.
Security
Access is permission-scoped, traffic is encrypted (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest by the cloud provider. Financial actions carried out by AI agents happen only after explicit human approval.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top and notify inside the relevant apps.
