עמוד זה מסביר כיצד למחוק חשבון ואת המידע הקשור אליו באפליקציות של GCS-tech: Bokeriko (בוקריקו), Special Fun ו-EZBIZZ. המפתח הרשום בחנויות האפליקציות: GCS-tech.

איך מבקשים מחיקה

  1. שלחו מייל ל-oren@gcs-tech.org מכתובת המייל שאיתה נרשמתם לאפליקציה.
  2. בנושא או בגוף המייל כתבו: שם האפליקציה (Bokeriko / Special Fun / EZBIZZ) ואת הבקשה למחוק את החשבון.
  3. נאשר קבלה במייל חוזר. אם הפנייה הגיעה מכתובת אחרת, נבקש אימות קצר כדי לוודא שאתם בעלי החשבון.
  4. המחיקה מתבצעת בתוך 30 יום מהאימות, ותקבלו מייל אישור בסיום.

מה נמחק

  • חשבון המשתמש (Firebase Authentication) וההתחברות דרך Google, אם הייתה.
  • פרופילים, התקדמות, הגדרות וקבצים שהועלו לחשבון.
  • ב-EZBIZZ: נתוני העסק והמשתמשים שלו, כולל רשומות לקוחות שהוזנו.

מה עשוי להישמר

מסמכים חשבונאיים שהופקו ב-EZBIZZ (חשבוניות, קבלות) נשמרים בהתאם לחובת שמירת ספרים בדין הישראלי, עד שבע שנים, ללא גישה למשתמש שנמחק. יומני אבטחה אנונימיים עשויים להישמר עד 90 יום.

מחיקת נתונים בלי מחיקת החשבון

אפשר לבקש מחיקה חלקית, למשל פרופיל ילד אחד או נתוני לקוח מסוים ב-EZBIZZ. כתבו מה בדיוק למחוק באותו מייל.

How to request deletion

  1. Email oren@gcs-tech.org from the email address you signed up with.
  2. In the subject or body, state the app name (Bokeriko / Special Fun / EZBIZZ) and that you want the account deleted.
  3. We confirm receipt by reply. If the request comes from a different address, we ask for a short verification to make sure you own the account.
  4. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification, and you receive a confirmation email when done.

What is deleted

  • The user account (Firebase Authentication) and the Google sign-in link, if any.
  • Profiles, progress, settings and files uploaded to the account.
  • In EZBIZZ: the business's data and its users, including customer records that were entered.

What may be retained

Accounting documents produced in EZBIZZ (invoices, receipts) are retained to meet Israeli record-keeping law, up to seven years, with no access for the deleted user. Anonymous security logs may be kept for up to 90 days.

Deleting data without deleting the account

Partial deletion is possible, for example one child profile or a specific customer record in EZBIZZ. Say exactly what to delete in the same email.
